Sunday is a day to relax, recharge and get ready for the week ahead. Sometimes that includes scrambled eggs at home and other days it’s a 7 course degustation 89 floors in the sky.
I was lucky enough to be invited to try the new Sunday lunch at Eureka89. It made for the perfect Sunday, dining on fantastic food matched perfectly with local and international wines and views for days. We started with amuse-bouche and French champagne as a welcome, then it was onwards and upwards with 7 fantastic courses – of which I will now detail for your reading pleasure.
